The apartment has a spacious South facing balcony or terrace with great views over the valley. Furthermore, there is a double bedrooms and one double sofa-bed in the living area, a kitchen area (complete with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, oven, storage cupboards, fully equipped, also coffee percolator). Bathroom with shower and wc, as well as satellite television, free wi-fi and safe are also at your disposition. All linen and towels will be provided. Our rates also cover one parking place.

If cancelled within 8-2 weeks before arrival: 60% of rent will become due
If cancelled within 2 weeks before arrival: 89% of rent will become due
In case of early departure the full amount for the booked period will become due (according to Italian law).

General Information

All our apartments are let as “NON-SMOKING” areas and we ask all our visitors to abide by the non-smoking rule. Should this rule be broken, we will charge rent for one extra day, as it takes a full 24 hours to get rid of the lingering smell of tobacco smoke. We ask you for your understanding.
Rates include VAT of 10% (this figure can change and a new VAT will then be applied)
The Tourist Tax, which is legally required and amounts to € 2,80 per person per day, will be calculated separately (it applies to everyone over the age of 14).
Pets are not allowed

South Tyrol Guest Pass Schenna

During a stay at Residence Fiegl, every visitor will receive the so-called South Tyrol Guest Pass Schenna (at no additional cost) which will give you the following benefits at either reduced prices or free of charge:
Use of public transport in the whole of South Tyrol
Use of all cable cars in South Tyrol, which includes cable cars to Voran, Molten, Jenesien, Meransen and Ritten. The MeranCard is not valid for travel on privately run cable cars.
